Technical understanding regarding the new product:

Technical awareness of a new product involves understanding its key features, functionalities, design, technology stack, and potential applications. It also includes knowing how the product integrates with existing systems, its performance benchmarks, and any technical challenges or innovations involved

To ensure the timely facilitation and planning of the product launch, it is essential to prepare a comprehensive plan that outlines the tasks to be executed by each team member along with their respective timelines.

The Project Manager is responsible for developing a project plan that utilizes the available information, which includes the tasks assigned to each member of the cross-functional team, such as SCM planning, GRAC, Finance, Production, R&D, and QC, along with their respective timelines. Each team member is expected to complete their tasks within the specified timelines outlined in the Concerto and to update the task status daily until completion in Concerto. The FTMR Project Manager will organize periodic reviews of project progress based on the criticality of the product and the market.

Upon completion of the developmental work, R&D and AR&D will present the product development and analytical method to the manufacturing, QC, Plant QA, TTG, DQA, and RA groups. DQA will review and approve the manufacturing MPR, including confirmatory and developmental batches, and will transfer the MPR to Plant QA along with the necessary clearance check for the exhibit batch initiation. The analytical method validation protocol will be prepared and approved by AR&D. DQA will also review and approve the specifications and STPs, and will notify Plant QA with a duly filled checklist.

All relevant personnel will be informed of the technical issues prior to the manufacturing of the new products. Training will be provided to the cross-functional team regarding the manufacturing of the new product.
